• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience on TMobile
• Cluster Optimization and close outs with customer
• A minimum of 5 years experience in RF Planning and Optimization for LTE / UMTS / GSM /CDMA / EV-DO.
• At least 2-years of hands-on experience working on any vendor LTE / RF optimization or network performance management functions including trending analysis, monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent knowledge on parameter and KPI counters for OEM vendors
• Solid working knowledge of LTE and VoLTE KPIs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• A team player mentality with the ability to communicate openly, and work with partners across different time zones.

Duties include: Performing LTE(TDD/FDD)/WCDMA/GSM network optimization and troubleshooting. Working on network improvement and optimization tasks for 3G/4G/5G. Performing KPI degradation analysis and recommending parameter changes for network improvement. Performing post Integration checks through OSS commands. Supporting new feature trails for network improvement. Responsible for KPI improvement through Optimization activities and parameter Optimization based on Ericsson System for Voice and Data. Establish standards, procedures, and protocols for CU/DU deployment. Load CU/DU NFs on RDC/LDC systems. Ensures gNB instantiation aligned with the deployment schedule. Produce RAN CIQs (coordinated with RF Design). Push vendors for changes/improvements. Provide TIER III Engineering support with SME teams and TIER II War Room. Design, install, and administer virtualization using VMware and Hyper-V tools or similar interfaces. Proactively identify and recommend updates to software or architecture as necessary before reaching capacity limitations. Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures. Develop automated responses to incidents. Champion system metrics. Manage priority of issues and tickets. Perform client needs evaluation. Consult with clients and internal account managers Act as a key point of reference with regards to the technical project design and specifications. Assist sales force. Ensure technical feasibility and accuracy of each proposed solution within the cost guidelines of the project. Contribute RFPs & RFIs. Interact with product managers or vendors as necessary. This Position requires a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a bachelors in the same with 5+ years of experience.
